Whitelabel Branding

Whitelabel settings let you customize the look of ServerPlane for your team — your own domain, logo, colors, and favicon. All changes are scoped to your team and visible to all team members.

Accessing Whitelabel Settings

  1. Navigate to Team Settings.
  2. Click the Whitelabel tab.

Custom Domain

You can point your own domain (e.g., panel.yourdomain.com) to ServerPlane so your team accesses the panel through a branded URL.

Setting Up a Custom Domain

  1. In the Custom Domain section, enter your domain (e.g., panel.yourdomain.com).
  2. Go to your DNS provider and add a CNAME record:
    • Name/Host: your subdomain (e.g., panel)
    • Value/Target: the hostname shown in the blue info box on the settings page
  3. Wait for DNS propagation (typically a few minutes, up to 48 hours).
  4. Click the Verify DNS button next to the domain field.

If the CNAME record is correctly configured, you will see a success message confirming the domain points to the right target. If not, you will be prompted to check your DNS settings and allow more time for propagation.

Logo Upload

Upload a custom logo that replaces the default ServerPlane branding in the sidebar and header.

  1. In the Logo & Favicon section, click Upload logo.
  2. Select an image file. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, SVG, WebP (max 2 MB).
  3. A preview of the uploaded file appears immediately.
  4. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

To remove the current logo, click the trash icon next to the existing logo preview and confirm.

Favicon Upload

Upload a custom favicon that appears in the browser tab.

  1. In the Logo & Favicon section, click Upload favicon.
  2. Select an image file. Accepted formats: PNG, ICO, SVG (max 512 KB).
  3. A preview appears immediately.
  4. Click Save Changes.

To remove the current favicon, click the trash icon next to the existing favicon preview and confirm.

Custom Colors

Set primary and secondary brand colors that are applied to buttons, links, and accents across the panel.

  1. In the Brand Colors section, use the color picker or type a hex value (e.g., #3B82F6) for each color:
    • Primary Color — used for buttons, active states, and links
    • Secondary Color — used for secondary buttons and accents
  2. Changes preview in real-time in the Preview area below the color inputs. You will see sample buttons and accent text update as you adjust values.
  3. Click Save Changes to apply.

Resetting to Defaults

Click Reset to defaults at the bottom-left of the form to revert both colors to the platform defaults (Primary: #3B82F6, Secondary: #1E40AF). You still need to click Save Changes to persist the reset.
