Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no contracts. Cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Your servers and apps keep running until the end of the billing period.
What happens when I hit the server limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade. Existing servers keep running — we never cut you off. On the Scale plan, you can add 25-server blocks at $49/mo each without changing plans.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months, get 12 — that's 2 months free on every plan. You can switch between monthly and annual billing anytime.
What are stackable server blocks?
On the Scale plan, you can add blocks of 25 additional servers at $49/mo each. For example, 75 servers = $148/mo, 100 servers = $197/mo, 150 servers = $295/mo. Add or remove blocks anytime from your billing dashboard.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes are prorated — you only pay for what you use.
What payment methods do you accept?

What's included in platform support vs managed DevOps?
Platform support covers everything related to ServerPlane itself — deploying apps, managing databases, SSL, backups, the dashboard, and troubleshooting. This is included free on every plan. Managed DevOps is an optional add-on for teams that need hands-on server engineering — custom tuning, security audits, architecture guidance, and proactive patching. Think of it as having a senior DevOps engineer on call without the full-time hire.
Do I need additional security software?
ServerPlane hardens every server during provisioning — SSH key-only auth, firewall configuration, disabled root password login, and encrypted secrets. This is significantly more secure than a stock cloud server. However, for enhanced protection we recommend pairing your server with an anti-malware and WAF solution like cPGuard, which is fully compatible with ServerPlane. It's completely optional, but highly recommended for production workloads handling sensitive data.
