ServerPlane is Live
We didn't set out to build a product. We built this because managing our own client servers was becoming a mess — different stacks, different requirements, tools that never quite fit. So at some point I just built something for our team. No launch plan, no product thinking. Just something that made us stop suffering.
It stayed internal for a while. Then a client came to us wanting WordPress and n8n running on the same server.
Every tool we'd used before made that painful. Serverplane just... handled it. Another client wanted Django, Ghost, and Dify together on a single instance. Same thing. That's when I thought maybe this is worth sharing.
Serverplane lets you deploy multi-stack applications on a single cloud instance. PHP, Python, and Node natively — not one, all three, on the same box. For databases, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB are all supported.
For more complex setups, Docker too.
By default as we individually install stacks, there is no overhead for PHP, Python or NodeJS apps. Most tools use Docker, but Docker is quite heavy for smaller servers and would lead to slow performance and painful management. Exactly why most tools that are available in the market failed. But as a web hosting provider ourselves, we know that performance is not an after-thought, that is the reason to have tools. We individually install packages needed for your application and that conserves compute. A lot of compute is saved and made available for your applications, rather than hogging them in panel layer.
GitHub integration handles auto-deploys when you push. Yep. That simple. Backups go to your own S3 or SFTP — your storage, not ours. And server monitoring runs automatically so you're not the last to know when something's off. You can even set notifications to be notified when CPU usage exceeds 60%, RAM exceeds 75%, etc. It is a full0scale monitoring suite, included with every package.
I've been running hosting infrastructure for years. I know the panic terminal sessions. I know what it's like to apologise to a client over a configuration conflict that shouldn't have happened. Serverplane exists because I got tired of that, and I suspect some of you are tired of it too.
We're launching today with 80% off all plans — no feature gating, no tiers that hold things back. Just Serverplane, at a price that actually makes sense for the first people who take a chance on us.
We're early. We ship fast. Try and let us know any feedback you may have, good or bad - because we believe that your feedback will shape our journey!
